Crushing Plant

- Via SCADA software , the operator may have a visual display of the operation of each machine or group of machines that exist in the
area .
- This system does not require the presence of a person , except for periodic inspection.
- The change in the feeding of the whole
unit is achieved based on the intensity of the power absorbed by crushers , level of material present inside the breakers , and the
state of the material in the silo .
- To save energy the unit start up only gradually.
First starts machines which absorb most
startup current and then starts machines successively from bottom to top. The same is done for stopping the unit, but the reverse
process.
- On each page of the graphic system there are separate groups of machines, so we can start and stop the various groups of
machines autonomously depending on the process that we want to conserve energy, thereby not requiring machinery that consume energy
do not work
- Controlling the speed of the feeder unit is based on the level of the conical crusher H4000. In this way, steady supply
of material is achieved by the crusher, resulting in stable production throughout the day period. The opening and closing of the conical
crusher head (mm) is made depending on the level of the silo below.
- Speed control of the feeder in the group is based on the level
and intensity of power absorbed by the cone crusher ĮP300.
- The cone crushers H4000 and H4800 have the opportunity to work in manual or automatic mode.
We also have the ability to open or close
the crusher liners depending on the current intensity, the pressure and the quality of the material.
- The system errors are displayed
in the appropriate window.
The system alarms and daily production of the unit are recorded in databases for further processing and
reporting.
